Please note that large paintings are generally shipped rolled, which is the safest way to send artworks. Stretching onto stretcher bars at a framing shop costs between €60 and €250, depending on the location and the size of the artwork.

Delivery time may be longer in exceptional circumstances, such as illness or an accident. The customer will be informed of delivery delays as soon as possible.

Annastiina Hyttinen Design is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company. However, I am happy to help investigate situations such as lost packages with the shipping company.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You will also receive a notification by email or text message when the package is ready for pickup at your chosen pickup point.

Please note that packages not picked up will be returned to our company, and the customer will be responsible for the resulting costs. If you wish to reorder the product, a new delivery fee will also be charged for that order.

Giclée-printti on museolaatuinen taidevedos, joka valmistetaan korkearesoluutioisilla mustesuihkutulostimilla käyttäen kestäviä pigmenttimusteita. Menetelmä takaa erinomaisen väritoiston ja jopa vuosikymmenten säilyvyyden. Taidejulisteet painetaan 308gsm paksulle taidepaperille.

If you are a consumer, you have the right under Finnish consumer protection law to cancel your order by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

An uncollected parcel is not a return/cancellation, and the subscriber must pay the costs incurred from an uncollected parcel. These costs will not be refunded to the sender. Cancellation notification must be made clearly in writing to the email: annastiina.hyttinen@icloud.com

The right of cancellation only applies to unused products. Returned products must be in their original packaging and well-packed for return shipping. The customer agrees to return the products as well packed as they were when received. This is especially important for original artworks. If the returned product has been used contrary to the buyer's statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge for depreciation up to the full price of the product, including return costs.

Please check the delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product shows external damage caused by transport, report it immediately to the post office or Matkahuolto service point. If the product has been lost or damaged during transport, or if it otherwise does not match your order or is defective, please notify me as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days by email at annastiina.hyttinen@icloud.com, so we can arrange how to rectify the error. In consumer trade, mandatory consumer protection law provisions on liability for defects apply.
